These terms of delivery are valid from 27 March 2024. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from the online store.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES
The characteristics and prices of the online store's products are presented in connection with the product presentation.We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include taxes, which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
DELIVERY COSTS
The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product (e.g. weight, package size) and the selected delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total of the order. You can see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
ORDERING AND AGREEMENT
You can order products on the website of the online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have familiarized yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, accepted and confirmed by us, is, except to the extent that is mentioned later on the right of cancellation, binding and gives rise to these terms of deliverywith a contract between us.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please enter your email address correctly when ordering. DELIVERY TIME
Our most common delivery times in Finland are 1-5 days, depending on the order and delivery method, and around 14 days elsewhere in the EU. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND TERMS OF RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Unused products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return after picking up the product. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. All labels and price tags must also be in place.
Make sure you return all parts, including all manuals and packaging materials. Handle the returned product and its original packaging carefully.
If you have used the product, handled it carelessly, you are responsible for the decrease in value of the product up to the full value of the product. A product returned contrary to the return instructions will not be refunded and the product will not be returned to the customer.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, return the product you previously ordered and place a new order.
We return the products you return within 14 days of receiving your return. The refund is paid using the same payment method you used when placing the order. We do not refund the delivery and return costs caused by the order, because costs have accrued from the transaction.

Check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest by email: info@studiomintcheva.com, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In the consumer movement, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act with regard to errors. We try to resolve disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service first to resolve the matter.
