RETURN OF PRODUCTS
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONSUnused products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of return from the moment the product is picked up. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. All labels and price tags must also be in place. Check that you return all parts, including any manuals and packaging materials. Please handle the returned product andits original packaging carefully. If you have used the product, handled it carelessly, you are responsible for the decrease in value of the product up to the full value of the product. A product returned contrary to the return instructions will not be refunded and the product will not be returned to the customer.
If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another one, return the product you previously ordered and place a new order.
We will refund the products you return within 14 days after we have received your return. The refund will be paid to the bank account you indicated. We do not refund the delivery and return costs incurred from the order, because costs have accrued for the transaction.

2. Pack the returned products carefully.
3. Fill out the return form that came with the delivery and put it inside the package to be sent.
4. Deliver the package to be returned and the completed return address card to Posti's collection point.
5. Keep the voucher/receipt you received from the return until you have received a refund for your return.

TRANSMISSION CHECK, ERROR AND PROBLEM SITUATIONS
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest by email: info@studiomintcheva.com, then we agreed on how to get the error corrected. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
